Family, Friends, & Cattle

NJHA Board
The National Junior Hereford Association Board of Directors
consists of 12 young individuals 17 and older from across
the states. The group of "boardies" become industry leaders
and best friends. We get to serve for 3 years with 3 groups
of 4, oldies, middies, and newbies. I retired from the board in
July 2013 and am now considered a "has been!"

Goin' Showin'
I love going to catlle shows. I have met so many
amazing people along the way but have been
supported by my loving family since shows are
our family vacations! :)

Here I am at the halter with Bianca, Res. Champion
Hereford Heifer calf at the Clay County Fair
Hereford show in Spencer, Iowa. My sister, Jody, has
been competition over the years but yet we love to be in
the show barn working on the animals together.
It is our stress reliever!

Beautiful Red & Whites
Live Well. Laugh Often. Love Herefords.

Sibling Love
Best Friends Forever. We've all gone through
a lot together. Learning, fighting, and everything
in between. We may give each other a hard time
but it is simply because we love each other.

Peach Street House
We are the ladies who reside at the Peach Street
House. My four best friends, partners in crime,
and sisters in agriculture! We all belong to UNL's
Sigma Alpha Professional Agriculture Sorority.

Mother Dear and Father Bear
Mom and Dad have provided me with endless
opportunities to fulfill my dreams. I've had the
chance to do sooo much that many my age have not
simply because they have seen my potential and
believe in my abilities. They have been there
every step of the way. THANK YOU!

Sisters at <3
The Fawcett sisters, Erin and Kris, have truly
become like sisters to my sister, Jody, and I. We
have been showing cattle together for about 8 years
now and have shared so many laughs and tears.
